Refund & Cancellation Policy

Class Bookings
Cancellations made at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made within seven (7) days of the event are not refundable; however, a credit toward a future class may be offered at the discretion of the studio.

If the studio must cancel a class, all payments will be fully refunded. If a class is rescheduled, attendees may choose to attend on the new date or request a full refund.

Product Purchases
All items in the shop are handmade and created to order. For this reason, returns are not accepted. However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, you may request a remake or refund within one (1) week of receiving your item. Requests submitted after one week are not eligible for remake or refund consideration.
